Chethur Mukhi
'CHATURMUKHI’ done in 1981, kept at National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi, a typical example of his idiom in stone, is a sculptural column of a singularly large size of thirteen feet height, treated in a symbolic style. Its four faces describe the four aspects of womanhood. 'Chaturmukhi' is one of the best monolithic monumental Contemporary Sculptures in India.
